NGIL Australia Pty Ltd complies with The Chain of Responsibility, NHVR Mass Management and Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) Accreditation Program which forms the operational modules of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator.
This is to provide assurances to the State Road Authorities that there is a system in place that produces objective evidence that the mass limits (axles and gross) applicable to a vehicle and suspension maintenance are being complied with.
To ensure vehicles are presented and working properly, maintain safe operation and control emission’s, safety check vehicles and carry out maintenance through a compliant system.
We apply, monitor and maintain reasonable practices to control and prevent fatigue in drivers.
Our drivers are our service providers. They are well trained and disciplined to meet your delivery needs using our extensive fleet of modern trucks.
We continue to monitor, implement and enforce regulations imposed by various bodies to ensure the continuing safety of our employees, sub-contractors, principal contractors and members of the public.
All our vehicles are loaded in accordance with legal requirements. Documentation supporting any issues is maintained as per the requirements, and available for inspection, ensuring our customers are confident we maintain compliance under the current WH&S, EPA and RMS acts (NHVR, Mass, Maintenance, Fatigue) codes of practice and Chain of Responsibility.
